CONNECTION, INTUITION, AND YOUR OWN VOICE

This work invites you to listen inward and take an active part in your health and wellbeing. It might begin with a life transition, a need you have set aside, or a sense that there is more you want to express.

Writing is at the heart of my work. As coauthor of Through, Not Around, I know how sharing our experiences can create connection. I bring that same spirit to meditation, reflective writing, yoga, and holistic health coaching.

My training includes IIN health coaching, yoga, Yin and mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra. My role is to listen closely, offer thoughtful practices, and support your own clarity. You remain the authority on your experience.
