WOMEN’S HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have launched my practice as a Women’s Holistic Health Coach, both one on one and in small groups. I chose IIN after years of contemplating the route of health coaching, and finally decided on IIN because the school’s approach really resonated with me — seeing the areas of our life such relationships, career, movement, and joy as “primary food,” and the nutrition on our plate as “secondary food.” This way of thinking shapes my work: I look at the whole person, not just one piece of the puzzle, because as we know true wellness is rarely about one single change.
In this work, I support women in the space between the care and recommendations they receive from their healthcare providers and the everyday life changes needed to follow through with those protocols. My goal is to help bridge that gap — taking the recommendations they’re given and guiding them in finding their own sustainable way to make those shifts part of their lives.
MY METHOD
My unique health coaching method weaves in meditation, yoga, and therapeutic writing from my prior training and professional experience—practices that help people slow down, connect inward, and hear their own inner wisdom. My aim is to not only offer practical tools, but also to empower people to feel confident and capable in their health journey. While my main focus is women's health, I welcome anyone who feels drawn to this kind of support.
WORK WITH ME
My signature program works with the person as a whole—looking at each area of life through the lens of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit—but is tailored to each person’s individual needs and goals and takes into account any health concerns and issues being addressed with their medical providers. The basic format begins with a free consultation to determine if my approach is a good fit for you, and then from there we determine a set of goals. If we decide to proceed, the program begins by working with the body, addressing those needs and areas that are out of balance as a foundation, and then we build on that each week by moving through the mind, the emotions, and the spirit, so that by the end of the program you will have gained the knowledge and tools to help you reset and continue on your journey empowered to live your highest health.

Why Now Feels Right
Behavioural scientist Dr. Michelle Segar, of the University of Michigan, argues that focusing on immediate rewards—like daily energy or emotional well-being—rather than distant health outcomes, dramatically boosts the likelihood that self-care habits will stick.
Research within the doctor–patient dynamic shows that health coaching actually enhances trust in healthcare providers, improves appointment quality, and supports better self-management.
