PRIVATE INTUITIVE COACHING SESSIONS
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and practice as a Women’s Holistic Health Coach, both one on one and in small groups.
MY METHOD
My signature style works with the person as a whole—looking at each area of life through the lens of the body, heart, mind, and spirit—but is tailored to each person’s individual needs, goals, and life circumstances. These sessions are a gentle, grounded space for you to slow down, tune in, and be guided to reconnect with your own inner wisdom and higher self.
My work sits at the intersection of intuitive guidance and reflection, meditation, therapeutic-style automatic writing, and holistic health coaching. I approach each session intuitively, listening closely—to you, to what’s being said beneath the surface, and to my own inner guidance—to sense where our time together is best directed.
WORKING WITH ME
Before our time together we will have a brief consultation to determine that this approach feels right for you. From this initial meeting and during our time together, I consciously attune to the session using my own higher wisdom and inner guidance. This helps me know which practices to offer, which questions to ask, and where to gently invite exploration, whether that’s through meditation, writing, conversation, or holistic lifestyle inquiry.
This intuitive listening is always held lightly and ethically. It is not about delivering messages to you, but about supporting the unfolding of insight within. You are always the authority on your own experience. My role is to help create the conditions where your own clarity can emerge.
A SESSION BLUEPRINT
Depending on what you’re navigating, our session may weave together:
Guided intuitive meditation and reflection to help you settle into your body and nervous system so you can start to hear your inner wisdom
Intuitive, guided writing prompts that invite deeper self-reflection and inner listening to your own higher self
Holistic health and lifestyle inquiry, drawing on my training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and yoga teacher
Reflective dialogue, where I mirror themes, patterns, and insights that arise with curiosity, not interpretation
The intention is not to “fix” you, but to help you hear yourself more clearly and reconnect with what already lives within you, and help you decide how you want to move forward, one step at a time.
WHAT THIS WORK IS (AND WHAT IT ISN’T)
These sessions are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic in nature, and they do not replace therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. I don’t provide medical advice, prescribe protocols, interpret lab work, predict the future, or make decisions on your behalf. My role is that of a facilitator and self-care guide, supporting inquiry, awareness, and developing a connection to your own intuition and higher wisdom to find what you need to do for your own health in body, heart, mind, and spirit. Any intuitive insights that arise are offered as invitations for reflection and exploration, not facts.
WHO THIS WORK IS FOR
This offering is especially supportive if you are:
At a crossroads or transition and seeking clarity
Wanting to connect (or reconnect) with your intuition or inner voice to support your own personal journey of healing and growth
Curious about how your physical habits, emotional patterns, and spiritual life intersect
Looking for a grounded, discerning space that honours both the soul and the human being self
The only prerequisite is a willingness to explore your own inner landscape.
IN A NUTSHELL…
My background as a writer, yoga teacher, holistic health coach, and intuitive informs how I hold these sessions, but the centre of the work is always you. I believe wisdom is not something given—it’s something remembered and discovered within, and as that unfolds and becomes integrated and embodied. This kind of work is empowering in remembering that we are sovereign beings who are the true authorities on our own selves.
These sessions are not dependent on external guidance. I merely act as a guide on the bridge of your journey to live your highest health and most joyful, fulfilling life.

A LITTLE LIGHT ON HEALTH COACHING: WHY HEALTH COACHING? AND WHY NOW?

A systematic review of 28 studies found that in over 25 cases, health and wellness coaching helped individuals sustain—and even improve—health outcomes across physical, behavioural, and psychological measures. PMC
A Mayo Clinic study revealed that just 12 weeks of wellness coaching led to significant and enduring improvements in overall quality of life, stress levels, and depressive symptoms—with results lasting up to 24 weeks out. Instagram+3Mayo Clinic+3ScienceDirect+3
Insights from Functional & Root-Cause Medicine
At Parsley Health, health coaches work alongside medical providers to personalize care and support sustainable lifestyle changes that get to the root of chronic health challenges.
Their model has delivered real results: 85% of members report symptom reduction within the first year, thanks to this combined medical and coaching approach.
Why Now Feels Right
Behavioural scientist Dr. Michelle Segar, of the University of Michigan, argues that focusing on immediate rewards—like daily energy or emotional well-being—rather than distant health outcomes, dramatically boosts the likelihood that self-care habits will stick.
Research within the doctor–patient dynamic shows that health coaching actually enhances trust in healthcare providers, improves appointment quality, and supports better self-management.
